​Professional Orchestra – Emerging Artists (Ages 23–39)

We are currently seeking talented and dedicated musicians to join a newly formed professional-level orchestra designed for emerging artists transitioning into their professional careers.
This ensemble is led by Conductor Matheus Coelho, currently completing his doctoral studies in orchestral conducting, and Music Director Stella Song, a European-trained violinist and active performing artist.

Together, they bring a strong artistic vision focused on excellence, collaboration, and meaningful performance experiences.


🎯 Eligibility

Applicants should meet the following criteria:

•Ages 23–39
•Currently enrolled in or graduated from a music program, or actively working as a freelance musician
•Strong orchestral and ensemble experience
•High level of instrumental proficiency


🎼 Audition Requirements

Applicants are required to submit:

•One solo piece (3–5 minutes, contrasting styles encouraged)
•Orchestral excerpts (if available)
•A recent video recording (preferred) or live audition upon invitation
•Short musical résumé

💼 Compensation

This is a paid ensemble.
Musicians will receive honoraria for rehearsals and performances, based on experience and role within the orchestra
